Brunochelli v. Joe, PHP Agency, LLC, Accordia Life and Annuity Company, et al, Los Angeles Superior Court
The firm filed suit on behalf of Plaintiffs who were small business owners who sued Defendants contending they had fraudulently sold a premium financed life insurance package claiming it would cost them little and provide for early retirement, but in reality wiped out Plaintiffs’ life savings and left them in difficult financial condition. Defendants denied any wrongdoing. The case was resolved by all parties in a confidential settlement without requiring trial.

Brezac v. Transamerica, United States District Court for the Eastern District of California
The firm brought a claim against life insurance company for refusing to honor living rider benefits claim after insured was diagnosed with cancer that would be fatal if untreated. Case settled in confidential settlement.
